Here's another cute picture frame made by covering coasters.
I used the new Summer Picnic Designer Series paper and the Tart & Tangy Stamp Set. These items can be found in the current Occasions Mini Catalog from Stampin' UP!
If you would like to make these cute little frames for yourself, I have coasters available.
Better yet, you and your guests can make your very own when you host a Stampin' Up! party!
