In February, I had the honor of giving a presentation at Stampin' Up!s Regional Training session Ft. Collins, CO.
I decided to show a little something that I do to Build a Bear, and to many other projects. I add a little dimension to my projects using a sponging technique.
You see the bear on the right is a little flat looking. By adding a little Really Rust around the edges and here and there adds detail.
Here's the bear's on a card. Again, the one on the left is plain and the one on the right is sponged.
Can you see the difference?
Here is the finished card. It is an "Easel" card. If you need some help in determining how to make this card, you might stop by my card class on March 19th.
Thanks for looking!
Tomorrow, I will have another example of the sponging technique.
